This super-snuggly chair will give you actual hugs
Never have a lonely night at home again with this comforting and cuddly chair
We've all been there - sitting in on a rainy night on a sad, uncomfortable sofa with a terrible microwave meal, feeling sorry for ourselves and wanting a warm hug and a bit of company.
Well, now you never have to endure a lonely movie night again...
No, we aren't providing our services as movie night companions;
we have found you an interior alternative to a human hug... a cuddly chair.
Korean furniture designer Lee Eun Kyoung has designed the ingenious Free Hug Sofa - a seat with arms to cuddle and comfort you.
The designer - and very clever - sofa is also award-winning after taking first prize at the 2015 A'Design Awards in the Furniture, Decorative Items and Homeware Design Category.
The individual chair is upholstered in sumptuous faux fur in winter white and chalky taupe with little silver stub legs that keep you close to the ground.
Not only would the chair be a chic addition to any living room or conservatory, but could also take pride of place in a child's bedroom or nursery.

In fact, Kyoung came up with the idea whilst her nephew was a baby. She wanted to design a piece of furniture with built-in cushion support whilst omitting the 'warmth of a teddy bear.'
The result is a designer chair that can 'hold you warm and soft like your mother, friend and lover without feeling lonely.'
Unfortunately for now the Free Hug Sofa is not for sale commercially so we'll have to put up with our lonely little sofas for a bit longer.
