You'll seriously never guess where these stylish beds come from
Transform your boudoir without breaking the bank with these chic, country-style beds

We had to rub our eyes to check we weren’t dreaming when we first saw these new designer-look beds from Argos’ new Heart of House collection.
With its deeply buttoned headboard and tufted fabric upholstery, we’d expected the Filby bedstead (above) to have price tag of £600-plus, but we were astonished to find it costs from just £199.99 for a double or £229.99 for a king size. Argos, with these beds, you're really spoiling us!
Its frame has solid wood feet and comes in a choice of two shades, Duck Egg Blue and Natural, although the latter is actually closer to grey.
Either would be perfect for relaxed, country-style homes and if you love the look, you might also want to invest in the matching Darcy chair, £249.99, and footstool, £149.99.
Again, these come in Duck Egg and Natural, as well as Lavender. Why not pop them in a corner near a window and create your own snug spot for reading… or curling up with a cheeky gin and tonic?
Anyway, you’ll sleep even more soundly knowing that these and all the upholstered products in the Heart of House range come with a two-year guarantee, while the upholstery frames themselves are guaranteed for five years.
If you fancy something a bit less upholstered, this Dorset spindle bed with its solid wood frame and stylish spindles would look great in any bedroom. Again, you have a choice of two finishes – Putty (shown) or Oak – and can opt for king size, £329.99, or double, £289.99.

We love the modern country vibe of the Putty finish, while the Oak would look great mixed in with a few pieces of mid-century-modern furniture and a couple of these cotton knitted pods, £49.99 each, at the end of the bed.
