FAQs

How much is OKA delivery?

Delivery for your OKA purchase can vary depending on what’s in your order. Standard UK delivery costs £7.50, while fragile delivery (items marked with a lightning bolt symbol) is £30. If you want express delivery for the goods bought with your OKA discount codes, this will be £15 but doesn’t include heavy or fragile items. For heavy deliveries, you’ll be paying £60 and this will be clearly shown at checkout. If your order is split into two or more deliveries for whatever reason you still only pay one delivery charge.

Does OKA do Click & Collect?

Yes, you can use your OKA discount codes online and then pop into your nearest store to collect the items yourself. To do this, if your order qualifies, simply select the preferred store from the drop-down menu at checkout. All stores accept Click & Collect, but the Parsons Green location can’t accept fragile items (those marked with the lightning bolt). If you’d prefer a kerbside collection, let the store know and they’ll accommodate you if possible.

When is the next OKA sale?

There is an OKA outlet sale which runs all year round, reducing the cost of furniture, cushions, lampshades, mirrors and more. As well as this, OKA has seasonal sales at different times of the year, and to find out exactly when they're happening, make sure you sign up for the brand's newsletter as this will keep you informed.

Does OKA do NHS discounts?

There have been exclusive OKA keyworker discounts available from time to time. When these codes become available, we will update the information on this page to guarantee you the best savings.

What does the OKA interior design service include?

The OKA Interior Design Service is a great tool for helping you to create your dream home. Whether you’re refurbing an entire house, or just need help with a colour scheme or finishing touches, the team can help. The initial consultation is entirely complimentary, and you can book an appointment in-store or online. Next up is the design process which will involve a site visit or inspection of plans followed by a designer drawing up a proposal. Finally, once happy with everything, the team arranges a white glove delivery service where every item will be unpacked and arranged on-site.

What payment methods are available at OKA?

Once you've used your OKA voucher code you can pay via any major credit and debit card including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. OKA also accepts alternative payment methods including PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna.

What is the OKA returns policy?

Whether you had the products you ordered with your OKA discount codes delivered to your home or opted to Click & Collect, you can return them in-store if something isn’t quite right. Just do so within 14 days. Alternatively, you can return items via the enclosed Parcelforce returns label, although £2.50 will be deducted from your refund amount. Heavy or fragile items need to be returned after calling the Customer Service team on 03330 042 042 to arrange a collection for £60. If you decide something isn’t right immediately upon delivery, they can take it back there and then at no extra cost.

What to buy from OKA

There are any manner of products you can buy using your OKA discount codes, but we’d suggest taking a look at the gorgeous selection of dining chairs and benches. It can be surprisingly simple to work out how to choose the right dining chair, and the range at OKA may have just the style for you.

One of our favourite additions that would feel right at home in a kitchen as well as in a more formal space is the Feur Chair. Handmade from stylish elm wood, this café style option has a casually distressed finish, a pretty diamond back and a padded rattan seat. Another wooden option is the Taino Chair which is named after the indigenous people of the Caribbean who invented the hammock - and this may be nearly as comfy. There’s a matching bar stool, too.

If you’re looking for the perfect addition to an elegant dining room, then take a look at the luxe Camaret Dining Chair. Modelled after antique French furniture and hand upholstered in an on-trend grey linen, this will add a premium touch to your space.

How do we source promo codes and deals?

We have an Offers team that sources codes and deals from affiliate networks and from researching the web. The codes are tested to see if they work and then added to the retailer pages, alongside sales, multi-buy deals, friend referral discounts and newsletter sign-up deals. The codes and offers are checked regularly to ensure they’re still live and working, and new deals are added multiple times a week, keeping the offer list fresh.

Alongside this, we have a Commercial team that works with the brands to secure exclusive discount codes. An exclusive code is an offer agreed upon by the brand that is the best in the market, it’s normally a limited-time-only offer so it’s worth snapping up when you see it.

We also have a Copywriting team who update the FAQs, Hints & Tips and Buyers Guides sections with additional information on how you can save money at each retailer, alongside answering other queries you may have.

What if my voucher code doesn’t work?

Although we have eyes on the pages checking the codes and offers are working, sometimes they expire early or the details change suddenly. If you do find a code that doesn’t work or an offer has expired, please feel free to get in contact and let us know at vouchers.idealhome@futurenet.com.

How do we make money?

When you click one of our offer links, a unique identifier is added that lets the retailer know that you’ve come from our Ideal Home discount code page. If you then buy something, we get a commission from the purchase. A commission is a small percentage of the money that you’ve spent on your item(s).

About OKA UK

For the perfect blend of innately British style and relaxed Eastern influence, there’s nowhere quite like OKA. The brand was developed by three friends - Lady Annabel Atsor, Sue Jones and Lucinda Waterhouse - who came together in 1999 to curate a mail-order catalogue of handcrafted rattan storage and accessories. Fast forward to today and OKA has 13 stores in the UK and a well-stocked website, all offering the very best in hand-picked furniture, tableware, garden furniture and realistic faux flowers to name but a small selection of their offerings. Inspiration comes from all over the world, and the team works with skilled craftspeople from all over to create ethical and beautiful items for your home. They also have an interior Design Service which can help with finishing a room or redecorating an entire house including made-to-measure curtains, to sourcing the best paint and upholstery. Stylish shoppers can save on their next order with our tried-and-tested OKA discount codes, handy sales tips, and expert savings advice.
