Take a look inside supermodel Kate Moss' first interior design project
Style icon Kate Moss takes her signature look into the world of interior design
Many a fashion-lover has daydreamed about the contents of Kate Moss's walk-in wardrobe and it's not a big leap to wondering how the ever-stylish supermodel has fitted out her own home. While we can't take you on a tour of La Moss's pad, we can give you a glimpse of the supermodel's out-of-London look, as she makes her first foray into interior design.
Where: The Barnhouse, a five-bedroom house in The Lakes by Yoo development in Oxfordshire.
What: Listed at a cool £2.5million, the woodland house features a lofty pitched roof and Cotswold stone exterior with a series of vast floor-to-ceiling windows that make the most of the beautiful surroundings.
WOW: Each room offers an air of Moss's unique eclecticism, from classic rock 'n' roll references to updated Deco-style sunbursts, dramatic stage-set living spaces to luxurious layers. Classic and contemporary mix effortlessly in a way that we have come to expect from this Fashion icon.
Tropical charms
Over the years, palm trees and tropical locations have offered a backdrop for many a Moss photo shoot. Lush, verdant and dramatic, they draw together the inside and outside in this stunning living room with what might well be the most picturesque Picture Window in Oxfordshire. Drama personified.

Artwork features throughout the house, with well known names like Damien Hirst and Jake & Dinos Chapman making an appearance. The stairwell shows off its best angle; it makes a striking monochromatic gallery.
Deco Reloaded
Look at Kate's red-carpet (and wedding-day) looks and this much is clear: a nod to 1920s style is not uncommon. Here, Deco style gets a modern update: a mirrored four-poster made by David Haddock, the same craftsman that built Moss's own dressing room, takes centre stage. We don't know about you, but we can't take our eyes off it!
Dizzying Heights
This house is nothing if not a family space, as this children's room in the eaves shows. Stripes zig-zag up the ceiling and down the wall in a punchy statement look that's not for the faint-hearted.
Poolside Manor
Is this outdoor deck influenced by the Ibiza villa the model loves to stay in? Who knows, but either way, we wouldn't say no to taking a break here.
Good job Miss Moss. You can come and redesign our homes any time!
