With his expert property credentials - and his impeccable ability to understand what families and house hunters and buyers want and need - he's the perfect person to advise on any DIY and property queries.
So if you're baffled by beams, confused about carpets or terrified about choosing the wrong tradesperson for work, send your questions our way and Phil will use his expert knowledge to answer them.
