Open-plan living room
With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilet rooms, a kitchen-cum-breakfast room and a study, this 40 foot open-plan living and dining room has become the central point of the house, both literally and metaphorically.
The sofa was from Poltrona Frau, the dining chairs from SCP and dining table from Case.

Living room
Exposed brick, modern wooden beams, an open fireplace, designer furniture in warm leather and plush soft furnishings, such as the deep-pile carpet, throw and cushions, amalgamate to produce a modern retro vibe that oozes cosy living.
The sideboard is by Jasper Morrison, and armchair by Russel Pinch.

Kitchen-diner
A highly sociable space, this corner of the open-plan living area comprises a dining table and chairs as well as breakfast bar and stools. The muted colours and warm wood lend a peaceful atmosphere, while the sleek shapes and clean lines bring modernism to the retro look.

Bathroom
The bathroom resembles the set of Boogie Nights - tan tiles, shag-pile carpet that reaches up to the edge of the tub, plus gold swan taps. A vanity console shaped like a grand piano tops off the kitsch look.
