Fancy your own pub? Buy this suburban semi with a boozer in the back garden
Check out the inside of this unassuming semi-detached home near Birmingham - it's got a pub, complete with darts board and pool table, in the back garden!
Not sure what to do with your outside space? Forget rose bushes and herbaceous borders, why not build yourself a boozer in the back garden?
One pub-loving property owner decided to do just that. And now the house is on the market for us all to see!
From the front the property looks like an average 1930s semi, but
venture into the back garden and you'll find a 540 sq ft pub with its own pool table, darts board and picnic bench.

The pub, named The Watersedge Inn, was built using reclaimed wood, salvaged bar stools and even a second-hand pub
sign.
Listed for sale at £249,950, the main house features four bedrooms, a conservatory and a front driveway.
The semi-detached property in Solihull near Birmingham is already under offer after only a few days on the market.

Speaking to the Birmingham Mail, Pat Gilbert from Melvyn Danes Estate Agents explained about the unusual outbuilding:
'There
are no working pumps with only bottles and optics available. It's
basically a shed that's been converted into a place to hangout and have a
drink.'
The timber shed-cum-pub has
recessed ceiling spotlights, bar with rear optic shelves, tables,
chairs and stools, pool and darts area and doors into two large storage
rooms with lighting and power.
The two front windows and doors were reclaimed from Stratford Upon Avon's library.
