From Hollywood to Hackney: Leona Lewis finally sells her LA mansion for £1.3m amid rumours she's moving back to Blighty
The former X Factor winner slashed the price of her West Hollywood pad by nearly £200,000, but now it's sold there are rumours she's set to return home... to Hackney
Former X Factor winner Leona Lewis has finally off-loaded her LA party pad amidst rumours she's set to wed her British boyfriend.
The singer put her Hollywood Hills home on the market back in 2011 with an original asking price of £1.5 million, but had little interest and very few viewings.
Now, after two years on the market, the singer has finally accepted an offer on the property of £1.3 million.
It might be a significant £200,000 price drop, but we've heard that the Bleeding Love singer may have other things on her mind...
As Leona embarks on the second leg of her world tour, rumours are already spreading that she's set to return to the UK to wed her long-term partner Dennis Jauch.
So if Leona is set to return to the UK what will she be missing out on (apart from the glorious weather obviously)?
Well, the singer can wave goodbye to the uber exclusive Nichola Canyon neighbourhood where her (former) house is located - in a private, gated enclave away from public view.

Described as a mini-estate, the home features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, glitzy entrance hall, private pool and a glamourous all-white decor.
And if that wasn't enough, the property also has a detached guesthouse that contains a separate gym, bedroom and bathroom.
The singer is said to have bought the mansion for around £1.2 million back in 2009.
Rumours are rife that once Leona's finished the second leg of her tour, she's set to head back to the UK.
Born in London's Islington, the singer grew up around East London and still keeps a property in Hackney, around the corner from her parents.
Leona has spoken openly about how much she loves Hackney and we reckon the singer might be on the hunt for her forever home there with her hubby.
Speaking about the area, she says: ‘There's something about Hackney that makes it such an amazing place to live.
‘It's not perfect and sometimes there is a tension there, but that's what makes Hackney what it is.
‘It has such an eclectic mix of people and it's a little bit on edge, but it's such a cool place and very vibrant.’
So, what do you reckon? Now that the former talent show contestant is packing up her Hollywood pad, do you think she's heading home to tie the knot?
And, most importantly, will Simon Cowell be invited as guest of honour?
