Is this the most bizarre property listing ever? Panda puts family home on the market (yes really)
Struggling to sell your house? Well, it’s panda-monium on the property market…
Feeling bamboozled by the property market? Try dressing up as a giant panda and watch the offers coming flooding in!
That's the tactic this homeowner in Yorkshire has taken - he's dressed as a giant panda and posed for photos for his property listing in a bid to make it stand out in a crowded market.
Vendor Lee Wilson pulled on the panda suit to become ‘Vinny' for a photoshoot arranged by his agent, Quick and Clark.
The photos of the £425,000 five-bedroom family home were then uploaded to RightMove to thunderous applause (by us in the housetohome office, anyway!).
The photos show Vinny enjoying everything the home has to offer a potential buyer - a walk-in shower for fur washing, a conservatory for lounging around and chewing the fat (or bamboo in this case) and open-plan kitchen-diner for family living.
The suit cost a mere £78 from eBay and will be considered a good investment if the panda-friendly property sells.
Lee, who is selling his house to downsize, told the press: 'I just thought it was a novel way of showing the house - it's just a little bit different.

'I think it will probably be something people will remember, just because it's a bit random.
'They'll always think, "I'll just have another look at that house with the panda in it".'
You see, selling houses really is just black and white...
