Simple Solutions: How to freeze fresh herbs

Step 1: Finely chop your herbs with a large kitchen knife

Step 2: Divide up the herbs into equal quantities and pack into an ice-cube tray.

Step 3: Add olive oil to fill up each compartment.

Step 4: Double wrap the tray with cling film and place in the freezer

Step 5: Store in freezer bags ready to use
